Hi, my name is Abasiofon Bassey, you may know me as Ofon Bassey.
I'm a dedicated and innovative Illustrator and designer with 4+ years of experience focused on expressing content and brand ideas through growth driven designs and illustration. My work is driven by a desire to use design to communicate ideas and solutions to people in the society, all while focusing on empathy and meaningful connections with people.
I specialize in FinTech, Tech Education, and Community, working across B2B and B2C companies. My expertise spans illustration, animation, creative direction, marketing design operations, community building, and cross-functional leadership.
Some of my impact-driven work includes branding and illlustrating a student-based podcast that has grown into a platform and community that helps student learn and grow in tech. I’m currently exploring mid-level illustration and designer roles in FinTech, SaaS, design agency or product and community-led organizations looking to scale.
