Pico Realty is a real estate brand dedicated to assisting prospective investors in finding the ideal land and properties to invest in, as well as educating people about real estate investments.
As part of the branding, I created a set of icons for the brand's Instagram highlights and property features. In addition, I worked on the brand's visual designs.
Icons are used to represent specific features of a brand. The icons will be used by Pico Realty to symbolize the features of the properties the company is marketing or developing, as well as each highlight on the brand's Instagram page.
I started by taking my time to study the grid system surrounding icons, the process, and iconography.
